Taproot/Nonpoint Tour

TAPROOT/NONPOINT TOUR

Taproot is winding down one tour with another on the horizon. The group will play shows with longtime friends Nonpoint later this fall.  Bassist Phil Lipscomb says they've wanted to hit the road with Nonpoint for a while, but it wasn't until now that everything finally lined up.  Phil Lipscomb says the tour will have one added bonus. He's been working out with the singer from Destrophy while on their recent tour, honing his boxing skills which may carry over to the next trek. He states, quote, "We've got the Nonpoint tour coming up in September and Ken [Charman], he's their bass player and he works out a lot so I think there's a challenge to be had between me and him. He's already said he wants to fight me. We'll see how it goes. He weighs fifty pounds more than me, but I think I can take him."  Taproot will be performing on Friday night at The Rock House in Indianapolis.
