Sombr’s “Undressed” has become the first new No. 1 song on Billboard’s Hot Rock & Alternative Songs chart in 2025, ending Billie Eilish’s 55-week reign with “Birds of a Feather.” Eilish’s historic run marks the second-longest consecutive streak in the chart’s history, behind only the 66 week rule by Panic! at the Disco‘s “High Hopes” in 2018-20. “Undressed” received 9.8 million U.S. streams and 32.4 million radio audience impressions over the past tracking week, also topping Hot Alternative Songs and holding No. 1 on Hot Rock Songs for a fourth week. Sombr’s debut album, I Barely Know Her, debuted at No. 2 on Top Rock & Alternative Albums and No. 14 on the Billboard 200, with six of its tracks charting on Hot Rock & Alternative Songs, including “Back to Friends,” which reached No. 28 on Pop Airplay and No. 29 on Adult Pop Airplay, following a five-week reign on the Alternative Airplay chart.
